Ingredients

- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1½ cups water or coconut water
- Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice
- Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper or honey
Instructions
- 1. In a glass or jar, combine chia seeds, flaxseed, and pumpkin seeds.
- 2. Add water (or coconut water) and stir well.
- 3. Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes, or ideally overnight in the fridge.
- 4. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- 5. Follow with a full glass of water.
Notes
You can prep 2–3 jars ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Add lemon, cinnamon, or cayenne for flavor and extra gut benefits.
Suitable for vegan, gluten-free, and post-bariatric diets.
