Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1½ cups water or coconut water
  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper or honey

Instructions

  1. 1. In a glass or jar, combine chia seeds, flaxseed, and pumpkin seeds.
  2. 2. Add water (or coconut water) and stir well.
  3. 3. Let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes, or ideally overnight in the fridge.
  4. 4. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
