Ingredients
10 oz (300 g) pasta (penne, spaghetti, or tagliatelle)
1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup reserved pasta water
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: lemon zest, paprika, fresh herbs, grilled chicken, sautéed mushrooms
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.
In a skillet over low heat, melt Boursin with olive oil and a splash of pasta water, stirring until smooth.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
Optional: add lemon zest, paprika, or fresh herbs for extra flavor. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra protein, add grilled chicken or shrimp. For a vegetarian version, toss in sautéed veggies like mushrooms or spinach.
