Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, then let the excess drip off.
- Drizzle pistachio butter on top while the chocolate is still wet.
- Immediately sprinkle with crushed roasted pistachios.
- Add a touch of edible gold leaf for a luxe finish.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until set. Serve cold.
