Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add Greek yogurt and milk to the blender.

  2. Add banana, frozen berries, honey, and ice cubes.

  3. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  4. Adjust thickness with extra milk or ice as needed.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
