  • 6 cl sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.

  2. Pour in 3 cl elderflower syrup.

  3. Add 6 cl Prosecco.

  4. Top with 6 cl sparkling water.

  5. Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve chilled.
