A quick and cute Labubu mug cake made in under 5 minutes with simple ingredients. Microwave-only and budget-friendly for students.

Ingredients

  •  4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  •  2 tbsp sugar
  •  1/4 tsp baking powder
  •  1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for chocolate version)
  •  3 tbsp milk
  •  1 tbsp vegetable oil
  •  1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  •  1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Labubu Decoration (Optional):

  • White chocolate chips (melted)
  •  Pink & black food coloring
  •  Mini marshmallows
  •  Edible candy eyes
  •  Sprinkles or icing pens

Instructions

  1.  In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  2.  Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  3.  Microwave on high for 60–75 seconds.
  4.  Let cool for 2–3 minutes.
  5.  Melt white chocolate and tint with food coloring.
  6.  Decorate Labubu’s face using melted chocolate, marshmallows, and sprinkles.

Notes

Customize with matcha, Oreos, or rainbow sprinkles. Best eaten warm. Vegan swaps work well too!
