This lemon balm tea recipe is calming, caffeine-free, and easy to make in under 10 minutes. Ideal for anxiety, sleep, digestion, or natural weight support.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  •  2 tablespoons fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  •  1½ cups hot water (not boiling)
  •  1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  •  1 lemon slice (optional)
  •  Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1.  Rinse and lightly crush the lemon balm leaves to release the oils.
  2.  Place the leaves in a mug or tea infuser.
  3.  Pour hot water (not boiling) over the leaves.
  4.  Cover and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5.  Strain the tea and add honey or lemon if desired.
  6.  Serve warm or pour over ice for a cold version.

Notes

  •  For a stronger calming effect, mix with chamomile or lavender.
  •  Use dried lemon balm if fresh isn’t available—reduce quantity by half.
  •  Store leftover tea in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
