Ingredients
For the Maple Tahini Cream:
1/3 cup vanilla oat milk
1 tsp tahini
2 tsp maple syrup
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of salt
To assemble:
Ice
1–2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
Optional: extra oat milk to top
Instructions
In a jar or blender, mix the oat milk, tahini, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Froth, shake, or blend until smooth.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the espresso or cooled coffee.
Slowly top with the maple tahini cream.
Stir gently and enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can double the cream mixture and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Great for meal-prep mornings!
