Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial or culinary grade)
- 2–3 tbsp hot water
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 3/4 cup milk (oat, almond, soy, or dairy)
- Ice cubes
Optional: 1 tbsp strawberry puree (for strawberry matcha latte)
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.
Add honey or syrup if using.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cold milk.
Slowly pour the matcha mixture on top for a layered effect.
Stir and enjoy!
Tip: For a strawberry matcha latte, add strawberry puree to the bottom of your glass before the milk.
