Ingredients
4 large tortillas
½ cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
16 slices pepperoni (or leftover ham/chicken)
½ tsp dried oregano
Olive oil (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each, leaving a small border.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and add pepperoni slices.
Add a pinch of oregano.
Roll the tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Brush with olive oil (optional).
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
Let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
Notes
You can substitute pepperoni with leftover meats or vegetables. These roll-ups can be prepared ahead and frozen before baking for quick snacks.
