Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas

  • ½ cup tomato sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 16 slices pepperoni (or leftover ham/chicken)

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.

  3. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each, leaving a small border.

  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella and add pepperoni slices.

  5. Add a pinch of oregano.

  6. Roll the tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.

  7. Brush with olive oil (optional).

  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.

  9. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

You can substitute pepperoni with leftover meats or vegetables. These roll-ups can be prepared ahead and frozen before baking for quick snacks.
